Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided

  • Item is not from the non-returnable category listed below

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-ordered or bespoke products (e.g., personalized fuselage sections)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Large structural items once delivered and installed

  • Digital or downloadable products

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at business@pdiaviation.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

  2. Cancellations after 24 hours but before dispatch: cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply.

  3. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
