Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

PDI Aviation ships across India. For international orders or exceptionally large items (such as fuselage sections and flight simulators), please contact us directly at business@pdiaviation.co.in for a custom shipping quote.

2. Processing Time

Standard products (scale models, showpieces, art): 2-5 business days
Large/specialty items (simulators, fuselage sections): 7-14 business days
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shippng Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be available for select orders as per promotional offers.
For high-value items, insurance may be included or offered optionally.

5. Large Item Delivery (Simulators & Fuselage Sections)

Due to the exceptional size and value of products such as the PDI Flight Simulator and A320 Fuselage sections, these items require specialized logistics. Our team will coordinate directly with you to arrange:

Custom transport and crane/forklift arrangements if required
Site inspection prior to delivery
Installation assistance (on request)

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the courier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at business@pdiaviation.co.in with photos and your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
